Copper and aluminium air-conditioning connecting pipe is a kind of pipe used to connect the indoor unit and outdoor unit of air-conditioning, and its main body is composed of two metal materials, copper and aluminium.
Structural characteristics
Copper and aluminium combination: usually the middle part of the aluminium tube, the two ends of the welded copper tube, this structure makes use of the good electrical conductivity and corrosion resistance of the copper tube, as well as the aluminium tube's lightweight, low-cost and good heat dissipation performance.
Heat-shrinkable sleeve protection: in the copper-aluminium connection parts, generally covered with a double-walled heat-shrinkable sleeve, the inner wall of which is set for unequal diameters, the large-diameter section of the heat fusion connection on the outer wall of the aluminium tube, the small-diameter section of the heat fusion connection on the outer wall of the copper tube, which can be insulated on the welded parts of the formation of insulation, sealing, waterproofing and so on, and to enhance the resistance to electrochemical corrosion of aluminium tubes.
